Privacy Policy and Personal Data Protection

This Privacy Policy and Personal Data Protection Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) governs the processing (collection, accumulation, storage, clarification, use, transmission, blocking, destruction) of personal data by GETPASS LLC (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”) for any individual who has filled out a form on the GETPASS LLC website (hereinafter referred to as the “User”).

By filling out a form on the GETPASS LLC website – www.getpass.com.ua (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) and providing their personal data, the User confirms that they have read and fully agree with the terms of the Agreement without any modifications or additions and also grants the Administrator permission to process their personal data.

1. SOURCES OF INFORMATION

1.1 The Administrator has access to information obtained through the following means:
• Information provided by Users: a) When filling out online forms on the Site.
• During email correspondence between the Administrator and Users.
• As a result of telephone conversations between the Administrator and the User.
• Technical information — data about the User’s internet provider, IP address, characteristics of the User’s PC and software used, data about uploaded and downloaded files on the Site, etc.
• Statistical data on the preferences of a specific User (e.g., topics of viewed pages).
1.2 Information considered confidential under this Agreement is only the data stored in the Site’s database in encrypted form and accessible only to the Administrator.
1.3 Information about an individual that they voluntarily provided in the public sections of the Site while filling out online forms and is accessible to any User of the Site, or information that can be freely obtained from other publicly available sources, is not considered confidential.

2. SECURITY

2.1 The Administrator uses modern technologies to ensure the confidentiality of personal data, as well as the data left by Users when filling out registration forms, in order to maximize information protection.
2.2 Access to the User’s personal information is provided to the Administrator through an authorization system with a login and password.

3. USE OF INFORMATION

3.1 The Administrator processes only the information voluntarily provided by the User.
3.2 The Administrator has the right to process personal information about the User, obtained in accordance with section 1.1.
3.3 The personal information about the User obtained under section 1.1 includes:
• Email address, identification code, contact information.
• User’s IP address.
• Information that can be obtained from cookies.
• Any other information that the User provided about themselves when filling out online forms on the Site.
3.4 The Administrator processes the User’s personal information for the purpose of:
• Providing services by GETPASS LLC.
• Evaluating the User’s interest in our services and informing them about new services.
• Resolving disputes and conflicting situations.
3.5 The Administrator may use the User’s personal data for sending technical and administrative notifications, as well as news.
3.6 The Administrator uses tracking technologies (cookies) to collect such personal data as browser type, operating system, referral page, Site navigation path, internet provider domain, etc., in order to gather general information about how Users use the Site. Cookies allow for improving this Site to meet User requirements.
3.7 The Administrator stores all information collected using cookies in a format that does not allow for personal identification. Information obtained through cookies cannot be disclosed to third parties. This information will not be unlawfully transmitted to third parties.
3.8 Information collected about the User will not be disclosed to third parties, except in cases provided by Ukrainian law.

4. FINAL PROVISIONS

4.1 By filling out the online form on the Site or visiting the Site’s pages, the User automatically accepts the terms of the Agreement.
4.2 When processing the User’s personal data, the Administrator has the same rights as the subject of personal data, as outlined in Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection.”
4.3 The activities of the Administrator are conducted in accordance with Ukrainian law. Any disputes, disagreements, or claims arising from or related to this Agreement are resolved in accordance with Ukrainian law. Disputes are subject to litigation only within Ukraine and under the Ukrainian judicial system.
4.4 In case of discrepancies in the interpretation of this Agreement’s provisions, the Ukrainian language version prevails.
4.5 The Administrator may unilaterally amend the terms of this Agreement, and such changes come into effect seven calendar days from the date of their publication on the Site. If the changes are substantial, the Administrator will inform the User by email (sent to the email address provided during registration) or by notification on this Site before the changes take effect.
