Refund policy

  • The Contractor shall not be liable for the violation of its obligations, if it was caused by the fault of third parties or as a result of force majeure;
  • Funds paid for services shall be refunded only if the service can not be provided due to the fault of the Contractor
  • The amount of compensation in any case is reduced by the amount of paid commissions, duties and other types of mandatory payments, that were made as part of the provision of services.
